ICYMI: Fred Armisen Is UNCLE FESTER In Tim Burton's "WEDNESDAY" For Netflix [Trailer]

 

Over the weekend, Netflix revealed a brand new trailer for Tim Burton’s “Wednesday” starring Jenna Ortega as the titular character of Wednesday Addams. We’ve seen many photos and clips from the show but one question always remained in our heads…Where’s Fester? Well, that question was answered with this new trailer you can check out below.

“Wednesday” will be premiering on November 23, 2022 on Netflix and yes, Uncle Fester is indeed involved in the show and veteran SNL alum Fred Armisen is playing him.

Christina Ricci will also appear in the show, playing a brand new role. The first footage of Ricci’s return to the world of the Addams Family is also featured in this new trailer!

Jenna Ortega stars in the new series as Wednesday Addams, with Luis Guzmán playing Gomez and Catherine Zeta-Jones playing Morticia in Tim Burton’s Netflix series.

“Wednesday” is described as “a sleuthing, supernaturally infused mystery charting Wednesday Addams’ years as a student at Nevermore Academy.” It’s said to follow…

“Wednesday’s attempts to master her emerging psychic ability, thwart a monstrous killing spree that has terrorized the local town, and solve the supernatural mystery that embroiled her parents 25 years ago — all while navigating her new and very tangled relationships.”

Alfred Gough and Miles Millar (“Smallville”) are writing and showrunning. Burton is directing.
